If all you want to do is show something, there's no need to have a web camera pointing at the monitor. LabVIEW has the ability to publish an HTML page of the VI using the built in web server and no programming changes to the VI itself. The Web Publishing Tool is under the Tools menu. Look up "Web, publishing VIs" in the on-line help. Click on the link "create an HTML document" for a step-by-step procedure. For viewing options, you'll probably want the monitor type.
