write a comment to a file

I achive a signal and I want to save it on a file.

I want to insert a comment when I want during VI running and not to stop VI change comment and restart.

I find this method in the file attached but I want to do other thing:

1- Change the file when I write a comment

2- Name the new file with the comment string

3- don't use a button from FRONT PANNEL to reset VI, but a key of keyboard

please help me

action when keyboard pressed:

1) you can set the focus active on the e.g. stop button - using the proberty node - when you press enter the value of the stop button will change.

2) you can set a shortcut to the button, in front panel: right mouse => advanced => key navigation

now your other questions:

why you want to change the file when you write a comment?
and rename the new file?

i think for this you must use the file name field
