I want to write analog signal waveform and digital signal wavefom to the same tmds file.How to deal these two kind waveform to satisfy the data type of the function"wirte tmds"?

Either you convert your digital waveform to a analog waveform (using DWDT Digital to Analog.vi) or they other way round.

Then you combine them with build array.
