Beautify Variable View

Admittedly not a very urgent wish:

Since 2013 strings are displayed in the Array Display, see the screenshot below. I would consider it nicer if the fields would be of the same width, now there is a noticeable change from 9 to 10 and from 99 to 100...

In addition

When on the string one ask to see Memory (CTRL+F4) it would be nice to have both views in sync

For example in the screenshot below since I clicked on the 4th char ('s') both views should highlight the char and the memry cell in blue

Ideally if I either use the left/right arrow on the string or on the memory view the highlight should stay in sync

Finally if on the memory view I use the down arrow and reach the end of the string then I should loose the synchronization until the cursor get back on a memroy cell wich belongs to the string (I hope I'm clear... )
