I'd like to be able to group controls together so moving them would be a single click on the group and drag.
Shift-click to select multiple controls and then move them together.
Or click, hold and drag a box to enclose the controls you wish to select.
If you want to group controls at execution time, you can declare them on a child panel, without border, and move the entire panel programmatically.
