I want to access a NI USB-8451 box from C#. I know there is official support for VC6, but I assume someone has figured out how to wrap a dll or do something similar to get access from C#. Can anyone guide me?

not really; CVI is a C compiler and does not support C#. You might post your question in the instrument control section
