ActiveX is not register on the computer Errror code 145

Hi All,

I copy the folder from a computer 1 to computer 2. All files are working fine on computer 1; but there is an error message on the computer 2:

Error in call to LoadPanelEx

Parent Panel Handle: 1

UIR File Name: Operation_test.uir

Panel Resource ID: 1

hInstance: 0x00400000, D:\...\Operation_test.exe

Error code: -145

ActiveX control not registerd on this computer.

My computer 1 is labview 8.6 and older version of CVI 8.0 compare to computer 2 CVI 9.0
