Critical updates for the LabWindows™/CVI™ 2015 SP1 and 2017 Development Environments have been released. The patches fix an issue that can arise when compiling in 64-bit release mode with the optimization level set to no optimizations. Specifically, casting a double to a float can result in unexpected results when compiled in this mode.
The patches are recommended for all users of LabWindows/CVI 2015 SP1 and 2017. The patches are available for download on ni.com/downloads and will be available using NI Update Service shortly. You can view the issues fixed with these updates at the following links:

What about CAR 649936 and CAR 659599 and possibly some others?

At a first glance CAR 6499236 seems fixed.
I have tried to export a TUI with an ActiveX and CVI IDE crashed, so I think that CAR 659599 is still in queue.

Hey Carlo and CVI-User,
This patch only fixes CAR 706577. The other 2 CARs mentioned here are being actively worked on, and they'll most likely be fixed in the next CVI release.

You're right. I have done something wrong - or right (!) - and CAR 6499236 did not show.
Trying again now, it's there in all its shining messy effect.
May be it's time of day sensitive, too 🙂
Is there an extimated release date for next CVI update?
