Another possible bug when a popup is open

Some months ago I found a bug when a popup is open (CAR #237405), which has been fixed in CVI 2010.

But now I think I found two other problems related to this one, that is still present in CVI 2010:

• when a popup is open, some kind of tooltips of the caller panel are generated when you move the mouse cursor.

I attach a simple example, which you can use to reproduce this behaviour:

1. open the Help >> About popup
2. while this popup is open, move the mouse cursor over one of the items of the toolbar --> you'll see the tooltip (unexpected behaviour #1)
3. while this popup is open, move the mouse cursor over the ITEM0 of the "DEMO Tree" in the lower-left corner of the caller panel --> the full name "This is an extremely long name" is displayed in a kind of tooltip (unexpected behaviour #2)

Are these really bugs?
