Application is not running after compiling

I am using Labwindows 8.0 for development of some test station.

But after compilation i am not able to open the exe.

Are you able to compile and run any of the sample programs coming with CVI? If not if may be that a cvirte.dll or any of its dependencies cannot be found on your system.
