CM Synergy LabWindows CVI interface available

Does LabWindows interface with CM Synergy? I need to do a comparison between VIsual Source Safe and Synergy.

I believe so, because some developers (where I work) are using CM Synergy for source control of LW-CVI code.

How easy is it to integrate with LW/CVI? I like the integration with Source Safe and am wondering about how it works with Synergy.

Regarding how easy Synergy is to use with CVI code vs. SourceSafe, I wouldn't be able to answer, but LabWindows/CVI is compatible with source code control providers that support the Microsoft Source Code Control Interface (MSCCI).  Last I heard, Synergy doesn't support MSCCI out of the box, so you have to configure it using the steps decribed in the following KnowledgeBase [link removed; article no longer available] (even though it's TestStand specific).

No, you do not need TestStand for this.  You can use CVI code directly with Synergy.
