CVI 8.5.1 "Unable to save configuration file"

Just upgraded to CVI 8.5.1 from 8.5 and now whenever I load a workspace or exit CVI I get an error popup that says "Unable to save configuration file".

What file is it referring to and where is it trying to save it?

I need to reliably rebuild my app and distribution kit ASAP. Should I uninstall 8.5.1?

I'm running on Vista Business 32-bit.

Problem solved by uninstalling CVI 8.5.1 and Measurement Studio 8.1 (which I had not yet upgraded) and the RTE, and then installing only CVI 8.5.1.  (Running as admin was not of any help.)

As an aside, I have a comment on the 8.5.1 readme file, which says:

Note  If you already have a different version of LabWindows/CVI installed on your computer, be sure to install version 8.5.1 in a different directory or uninstall the other version before installing LabWindows/CVI 8.5.1.

I found this confusing because the installer defaulted to C:\Program Files\National Instruments\CVI85\. Perhaps it should default to .....\CVI851\ because it is a "different version" .. or is it?  I wonder if putting 8.5.1 over 8.5 within the \CVI85\ folder was my problem.

In any case, I seem to be up and running now.
