CVI Excel Instrument Bug

Hi

I did not know where you post this, but i came across a major bug in the excel report instrument.

I wanted to set the cell range attribute and there was no attribute id's.

I am currently using Labwindows/CVI 9.0.1.

Hi Shako,

Can you check to see if the file c:\program files\national instruments\cvi90\toolslib\activex\excel\excelreport.sub exists in your CVI installation? If it does, can you make sure that you are including excelreport.fp in your project from that same folder?

Yeah, that exactly looks like a sub-file-missing issue.

I've been there 🙂

If you copied the fp in your project copy the sub file, too...
