CVI function to simulate Labview "Interpolate 1d Array"

I am looking for a function in labwindows that emulates the Interpolate 1d Array in labview.

I am trying to use RatInterp but the results are not exactly what I am after.  Anyone know

how to accurately simulate 'Interpolate 1d Array'?
