Hi all,
We have a customer whose software we just updated and they are getting an error when they perform certain functions. I will attach the screen shot of the error they are getting. If someone could help me figure out what the issue is, I would appreciate it. We had them remove any old cvirte.dll files because this update is compiled in CVI 9.0 and the older files probably go back to version 5.0 or below.
Thank you,
Judy

Hi Judy,
Thanks for including a screenshot but unfortuantely it doesn't contain any useful information.
You say the customer is getting this error when they perform "certain functions". Could you be more specific? I would strongly recommend you try opening and running the source code in CVI 9.0 yourself so that you can use the built-in debugging features to help isolate and fix the error.
