Can LabWindows/CVI use the DSC module?

Are all the fucntions of the DSC module available to the LabWindows/CVI environment. Can this provide 21 CFR part 11 compliance to LabWIndows/CVI?

If you referring to the Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) module, it is only available for LabVIEW.
