Doea anyone has a sample code of LabWindow CVI that can interface with AWG N8214A? Thanks

Unfortunately we do not have a CVI driver for the AWG N8214A at this time. From this site, you can request a new driver or if you click on the"Learn to Build Instrument Drivers" tab at the bottom of the page, there are some resources on building your own driver for CVI.
