Cannot move main window after startup

Hi,

just got a customer feedback:

He claims not be able to move the main program window after starting up.
Strange enough: this is only a problem with one PC (using Labwindows 7.1 on Windows 2k).

Is there any chance this is a possible error within labwindows cvi ("moveable" is enabled of course)?

did you make sure it is not a performance issue?
Are other Windows responing as ususal and is your customer able to control the UI controls within the window without noticable delay? What is the CPU load looking like?
