i am a professional developer , and i can give you some advices. I do this almost daily. I use a PDF converter driver found on the internet . Install it and it becomes a selectable converter option. Then you can convert PDFs to many forms  in any program at all, including Adobe Acrobat . Just open a PDF, select convert, and choice a form you want, then you can convert pdf to jepg  the task will be finished in several seconds. if you haven't found a good choice  , you can have a try. best wishes.

Easy and fast solution is to use converting software like UDC. I used it to convert PDF to TIFF, so it should not be a problem to convert PDF to JPG.There should be a trial so its free..               Here is the link how to do it: http://print-driver.com/howto/convert_pdf_to_jpeg.html
Hope it solved your problem..

See if you are looking for a free solution to convert your PDF file into an image format, then you can try some free online applications. But you have to upload your PDF document to their website and once the conversion has been executed, the output will be sent to your email ID. This may take enough time and it is not secure as well to upload your crucial or confidential PDF documents to any website. But if you want to have a secure, easy and quick way to convert your PDF files into image format, then I'll suggest you to check SysInfoTools PDF Image Extractor. It will extract your images from your PDF files and save them into four different image formats: JPEG, BMP, PNG and GIF. It's not a freeware but you can use its free demo version. Download it from here: sysinfotools.

Regards.

I have to admit that using a 3rd party tool whose way of processing is simple and fast can save a lot of time for us. I am almost a green hand on PDF converting work. I have only tried  the free trial package of an image and document conversion tool to convert PDF To Jpeg and do each step according to its tutorials about how to convert PDF to Jpeg using C#.NET. It is just one of many but I do appreciate it because it is totally manual. Even though I only tried its free trial package to convert images and didn′t check the cost and licensing conditions, it worked great for me. Share with you. And I hope you success. Good luck.

Best regards,
Arron

Without using any other external software, this VB.NET PDF Converter SDK can help developers convert standard PDF file to high-quality JPEG image file independently. And converted JPEG image preserves all the content (including both images and texts) of original PDF document page.

Which program are you referring to? Can you provide a link? Is it a free library or paid software?

Proud to use LW/CVI from 3.1 on.
