Convert .lib to DLL by Labview 8.2

hi,

i am facing a problem to convert the .lib (in labview 6.1) to DLL by using the labview 8.2.

the build is unsuccess.

the DLL file later will using the test stand to call out. 

Could you please share me the method or step by step to doing the convertion.

i am looking for the help in urgent.
