Did NI have any support for repairing PCI-GPIB card?

I have a few PCI-GPIB card that cannot be detected using Win2000. Is that any solution that I can send the card for repair?

First, make sure you have the appropriate driver for Windows 2000:

GPIB drivers

Also check the hardware installation wizard:
