Hello everyone, I have acquired a signal that is very noisy and i want to choose the best filter to use.

Does anyone know a tool to select the best one? maybe a website with signal simulator?

Under Advanced Analysis Library -> Signal Processing there is all the filter functions that you need

CVI comes also with several examples how to use those functions

Thanks, I saw that, but I was hoping in a tool more immediate and ready to go.

Now I'm using a moving average of 12 value that I've decided to shift by 6, in this way the value doesn't have a delay comparing to the raw one

As the software author, I always give the user the possibility to chose which filter to apply, so in the user interface I set up a filter selector, and then various boxes for the filter parameters (number of points, options, etc...). Let the user decide what they want.
