Does Chris Matthews solved the toolbar problem ?

I have post a question concerning toolbars problem when they are located in a panel with scrollbars. Moving the scrollbars moves the toolbars.
Is there any fix to this ?

Unfortunately, no there isn't a clean solution for this. The best thing I came up with was to disable the scrollbar on the panel and use the scrollbar custom control (toolslib/custctrl/scrollbar.fp) on the panel instead and programmatically move your controls. We looked into this to see if a good solution could be found, and we couldn't find one without integrating the toolbar into CVI User Interface Editor.
