FileSelectPopup window on wrong monitor

I downloaded the beta and it appears to work fine.  Is there a way to activate the beta or can it only be used as an evaluation version?  I am installing it on a PC with no internet connection, so I tried to generate a code from the NI activation page, but this page's product menu does not allow me to select CVI 2012.  I tried selecting CVI 2010 SP1 but the code it gave me didn't work.
