General protection fault with CWIviDmm

I'm trying to use the ActiveX control CWIviDmm. It works fine until the end of the application, because when I call QuitUserInterface, a fatal run-time error occurs with a general protection fault. Does this behaviour be known?

I've written my own IVI driver for my Agilent 34401A and if I compile it in release mode I don't have this problem anymore (but the problem is still happened when I compile the driver in debug mode! Very strange!).
