I will look up which CPUs are supported somehow.

I would guess based on very little testing that the same CPUs as the NI System Monitor library.

The specific CPU is likely less important than the OS you run on. If you test under Windows you likely get different results than in Phar Lap ETS as to what is supported and again different if it was NI Linux RT. Linux would be pretty easy as you also just can read some /proc/.. entries with file IO normally.

Yes, on linux this would be way easier, but unfortunately we can not upgrade the OS.
