Glossary typos

Hello NI,

by accident I came across the glossary of CVI and was surprised about the unique definitions found :

Prefixes

Prefix	Meaning	Value
m-	milli-	10^3
µ-	micro-	10^6

Not that it is an important issue, still it could be fixed
