Has the DisableExtendedMouseEvents() fix been implemented in CVI 7.1?

I am currently using CVI 5.5.1 and am experiencing the problem with DisableExtendedMouseEvents() documented in the link:

Has the fix been implemented in the later CVI versions? Are there any stand-alone fixes for CVI 5.5.1 that address this issue?

Yes, this was fixed in CVI 6.0.
