Having trouble with NI USB 6229 board

I am having issues using this board.  I have used usb-6229 before and it worked ok.  I have even tried some of the old VIs and they are not working.  The board doesn't read what the input is.  I have two analog inputs, voltage.  I tried different ways of grouding the channels but the readout is not what it should be.  I ran the test panel in the measurement computing and all of the channels read out 10.6 volts eventhough there's nothing plugged into the board.

Thanks

Hello,

You also stated that nothing is connected to the device.  This is expected results ... please review the KnowledgeBase linked below for more details.  There would be a problem if you connected a signal to the device and it was still reading 10.6 V and not the signal.  Please clarify if this is the case and we can move to some grounding information and troubleshooting.
