Header file order

I have a project that comiles fine on my one computer. When i run it on the computer in the testsystem (same NI software) it gives me error  like :

The teststand header files tsapicvi.h and tsutil.h are included before formatio.h and utility.h, and on my own desktop computer it compiles fine but not on the tester, eventhough the include file order is the same. What can be wrong ???
