How can I display the Window bar on the left of the graphicla user File on CVI to see and change the settings of each and every element on the panels?

While Adding and adjusting elements to a panel on the UIR file, I closed the window bar on the left, where the size and description of all the element can be seen. Now I cannot find this window bar anywhere. Where I can I open it again to make all the distances between the elements on the panel same?

Hi,

are you talking about the User Interface Browser? (however, it appears to the right of the UI editor). It is visible only if the menu item View / Window Confinement Region is checked.
