How can I use the tray icon?

Hi.
I created a Tray Icon for my aplication. Now I want to create a little menu that will activate when I click the mouse right button on the tray icon.
You know what I'm talking about... every program has that option.

I also whant to know if I can remove the program from the taskbar when I minimize it.
