You can set independent background and foreground colors of a table cell, but they will be valid for the whole cell. ATTR_TEXT_COLOR and ATTR_TEXT_BG_COLOR are the attributres to use; the second one, may not be honored if you have enabled the Conform To System Colors and/or Use Windows VIsual Styles for Controls attributes for the panel.
