How do I configure opto22 ports in Labwindows?

I configured my Labwindows code to have port 1 have half inputs and half outputs -- instead of port 2 (which allows that).So, how do I make port 1 be half inputs and half outputs , instead port 2?

When you say port, is this a serial device or a digital data aquisition device?

Are you using a third party driver or is this a National Instruments device?

If it is a serial device, you should post it on the serial discussion board. If it is an NI data aquisition device,you should post it in the Digital I/O category.
