How do I make a .fp from a VC++ dll?

I'm trying to make a CVI wrapper for my com object. I have made a custom IDL for a com and converted it to a dll in MSVC++ 6.0. I'm in a Windows 98 plus environment. What do I need to do to use it for an .fp in LW-CVI 5.01? I tried using the automation server but it came up with a "no idispatch" error.

TIA,
Judy Jiru

Wow Judy. Did the wrapper work yet? I saw your question and just wanted to make sure you have read the following article:

http://zone.ni.com/devzone/devzoneweb.nsf/opendoc?openagent&4D424FD19C70150A862568660070CF86&cat=A3052B02557F502D862568660021B1AF#5

Nice url huh. Anyway, it's just about the wizards used to create instrument drivers for VC++. I thought this would be useful for you but after reading your question the chances look slim at best. Anyway, maybe it will help to know that people really are reading your questions even though we might not have anything useful to say.

Thanks, Grant. The answer is no. You can make a wrapper in LabWindows for C++ but not the other way around.
