Hi Sree,

Just as Wim S mentioned in your duplicate post, the FAQ: Using Dynamic Link Libraries with LabWindows/CVI tutorial is a great starting point. Also, check out the <CVI>\samples\dll\basic folder for a basic example of calling a DLL.
