How to access interrupt in CVI

I want to access interrupt with CVi,I guess TVichw32 (commercial version) which I read in Mr.Kohlmeyer's article(thanks!) might be a useful tool.I navigate their website, disappointedly,I didn't found a way to purchase it for a Chinese.Could anyone share a copy with me?

Have you also tried just looking for any versions over on the creator's website? www.entechtaiwan.com/dev/hw32/index.shtm is where I found some information. Also, they have an email contact available on that website, so you could send them an email to see if they've created a localized version in Chinese for you.
