How to use Library of LabWindows/Dos in external compilers (e.g. Turbo C++ for Dos)

I have to re-compile a "old" code which was written in Turbo C++ V3.0 for DOS and used a ".uir" file (User Interface developed in LabWindows/Dos V2.3). I do not know how to use this ".uir". I think there are certain procedures I have to follow, but because I do not have the Manual for LabWindow/Dos, so I do not know how. It would be great if you could help. The manual for LabWindows/CV explains it clearly under Window environments.

Although today we do not support LabWindows written for DOS, I was able to dig up the manuals. If you look in Chapter 14 of the User Manual for LabWindows/DOS, you can see the exact procedure.
