When i debug the program，it suggest to Unkown source position，thread id 0x00004510

We did some investigation and saw that the failure is related to some font files located in

c:\Windows\SysWOW64\cvirte\fonts

c:\Windows\System32\cvirte\fonts

Could you try remove these files and see if the crahs still occurs. If not, this would be a workaround if you don't use these fonts.

We keep investigating to see the exact cause

I already heard this sentence! 

If you are on Windows 10 Anniversary edition with cvi 2015 and the error is at program exit,  then there's no need to delete font files: download and install f1 patch instead. 

If you are not in that situation then some more detail on when and how the error arises are needed.
