I can't install new version error 1935

I am trying to install a new version of NI 488.2. I am prompted to install .NET4, I install .net and reboot. Install errors out ~29%. No other version of .Net is installed.

HELP.

Rather than using the install wizard that pops up during the install download .net 4.0 from Microsoft and then try to install 488.2 drivers
