I can't view IVI configurations in MAX after installing ICP 2.1

I am using windows NT 4.0 sp6 on 1 pc and windows 2000 on another. Both pc's have labwindowsCVI 6.0.
When I install ICP 2.1 - It said I need MAX 3.0
Where can I download MAX 3.0 from NI.com?

Though MAX 3.0 is not available for Windows NT, there is an update for Windows 2000. There you will find the latest version of our NI-488.2 GPIB hardware driver. Included in the installation package is MAX.
