Because you install evaluation version. Plz buy LabWindows/CVI Full version and you will see library.

Try to download new copy & install to another PC....

The situation you're in is definitely unexpected. It looks as if CVI isn't loading any version of the analysis library. I'd like to investigate this some more to find out why this happened.
Would you mind navigating to your C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\National Instruments\CVI85\bin folder, zipping up the contents of that folder, including the sub-directories, and attaching the zip file here? That might help us understand what is happening.
(if you're using Vista instead of XP, then navigate to C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\CVI85\bin instead)
