I don't know if the window size is confiigurable, but is there a need for a lot of oversampling for your application? Do you have high-frequency components on your low-frequency waveform that you need to resolve?
If not, you can probably reduce your sample rate to capture more of your low-frequency waveform. Even if you cannot reduce the sample rate too much, you may still be able to decimate the sample buffer to reduce its size to fit within the window. The only problem with that approach is you have to be wary of aliasing effects.
