Installer readme does not show correctly

I'm using CVI 8.1.0. When I add a readme file to the installation, the file appears at the end of the installation process, and is displayed within the installation dialog, which is fine. However no scrollbar appears to scroll down the file to read it, if it is longer than the display area. I can only see about 1/3 of the file I am using. It is possible to scroll with the arrows or the mouse wheel but the effect is that something is missing. Is this a bug or by design?

This is a bug (#91212) that was actually discovered here internally as well.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a workaround until we actually fix it in a future release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm just going to put the readme text into a panel in my program, it will work better that way anyway.
