We are making a driver for i2c implementation using Lpt port. In the process we have interfaced our LPt port to EEPROM AT24C02A. We could succesfully write to EEPROM but receiving acknowldgement is again an issue,B'coz of this we are unable to READ back from EEPROM. We want to use LPT ports Status pin for receiving acknowledgment, but need proper hardware at this end so that I can check status of my Data on the bus. Can anybody kindly help us with some support regarding hardware.
