I'm not sure where you got this clipping, but I think most of the controls already are available. The two temp controls are located in the Numeric Controls under the Lab Style titled Thermometer. Both the guage and the knob are located under the Numeric controls.
I think the icons that appear on the left side "frame" are actual icons that someone had loaded from somewhere. I don't recall seeing those anywhere in the Measurement Studio package.
Mostly, it looks like something you could make, with just a touch of doctoring.
