LabWindows CVI 2009 9.1.0 - Build 64-bit Apps?

I have LabWindows/CVI 2009 (version 9.1.0 427).  Can I build my apps as 64-bit apps?  Do I need a service pack upgrade to do this?  Or do I need to upgrade to a higher version of LCVI?
