I'm using Lab Windows 2009, version 9.1.0 (427) on a Windows 10 machine. I have been using this setup for about a year, with success.
A few days ago, I downloaded and installed the latest driver for the NI USB-8473 device. I ran the installer and accepted all defaults.
Today, when building LabWindows distribution kits for several products, I noticed that a few extra distribution kit files were being created that were not created the last time I built these products. And some files that were previously generated are now missing. The products seem to install and run correctly, but I need to understand what caused the difference in files being generated, and hopefully find a way to make LabWindows generate the "old" set of distribution kit files. I'm afraid that the NI USB-8473 driver installer did something to my machine that is causing this change in file list.
The directory in which these files are (and were) located is "supportfiles".
Old (desired) file list

Do the National Instruments engineers still read these forums?
