LabWindows CVI (demo-version) - DLL not running any more

Hello,

i created a working DLL (for an ivi-driver) with CVI which used to work without any problems 2 years ago.

Today i wanted to re-use the DLL but it didnt work any more. The dll-file wasnt recompiled it the original file from 2 years ago.

Now the question is: Is the demo-restriction also compiled into the DLL, so that the DLL is also not running any more after the 7 days?

When i open the dll with editor then there can be found some textmessages which sound like this.

Hi,

you will have to create a dll with an activated CVI license to use it after the eveluation period. I found several (also internal) requests which point to this solution. Here are some links with similar problems:
