Labwindows Debug - Blue Screen pointing to nivvglk.sys

When single stepping in CVI debug and executing certain vxi instrument functions, I'm occasionally getting an XP stop - blue screen pointing to nivvglk.sys. These functions have worked fine in other test programs.

What is nivvglk.sys and where should I start looking?

Could you try obtaining a kernel dump and posting it here? There are instructions here on how to do this.

Does this error occur only in debugging mode, or also when you try and execute the program?
